Membership in the CVCHS Athletic Boosters Club directly supports your child’s team! Each year, the CVCHS ABC allocates a stipend of funds for each team. The team earns this stipend simply by attaining two thirds (2/3) ABC Membership. Additionally, you only need to pay once per year, even if your child plays multiple sports!
Team rosters are compared to our Boosters membership. Once the two thirds goal is met the team stipend is immediately transferred to the team account. Most teams are in dire need of supplemental funding. This stipend is often vital to the success of the program!

I am unable to pay my membership fees for the Athletic Boosters, or pay the fees for Cross-Country. It seems that the webstore is not set up.
Due to last minute changes from the school district, the boosters had to create their own web store. There were some problems setting it up but it should be up and running on Friday. You can pay your boosters membership and purchase items during walk through registration. You may pay either by check or credit card there. Sorry for the confusion.

I have been directed from the boosters booth at walk-thru to see the football coach to obtain our membership card and they have referred us back to the booth for pick up at registration walk-thru. Please advise as to where we can pick up the membership card and who we should see to do so. Thank you for your help.
I have been told that the football membership cards have gone back to the parent coordinators. They should be handing out the booster cards soon. Hopefully this week. Registrations have been posted and filled out.
I have paid for the boosters membership back when the summer training had started and have yet to receive a membership card and dont know where or how to obtain it. Please advise?

Where do I pick up merchandise purchased online via the Athletic Boosters Club?
I am an Eagle Bronze Level member for 2011/2012. My booster card was given to the varsity football coach (my son is on the team) but the coach gave it to a kid on the team but that kid wasn’t my son and he doesn’t remember which kid he gave it to. So, I’ve been trying to find out who can re-issue me my booster card. Please if you are not the right person and if you know who is the right person, please let me know. I’ve tried paying for the Booster Membership on line, but there is no information for payment. The screen shows how much it will cost, but throughout the process, there’s no way to make the payment on line.
After I processed the order, it gave me a confirmation number.

I payed for my Booster membership back on Sept. 23rd, but have not heard back from anyone about anything.
I have gone to football games and not much help from anyone, I have gone to the school and they tell me they are not part of boosters.
How can communication improve?
Am I to receive some kind of package or notification for signing up?
How can I help out or get more involved with boosters?
I also mailed my form and payment for membership to boosters on Sept. 23- and my check was cashed October 3-but have not received my card by mail yet. We attend many sporting events and was hoping for a follow up on what the expected turn around time is for the card to utilize the discount. thanks

We already have a booster card which we got through Cheer. My daughter is also on the Girls Golf team. The Golf coach has asked us to join boosters, so we wanted to make sure that golf got credit also for our booster membership. Who do I need to speak with the make sure this happens? Thanks.

Hi, I sent in a membership form, and check in with my son on his first day of Wrestling practice. I just wanted to make sure you received it, and that I understood the pricing right? I signed up for a $50 Family membership. Does that mean the whole family can get into events? I just want to make sure its for the whole family to be involved, and not just a discount for families with multiple children involved in athletics because I only have one child who attends CVCHS.
